I would like to compliment Maria from the breakfast room. She made a delicious chorizo and potato breakfast with scrambled eggs and tortillas. This was different from any other free breakfast hotel menu. It was unique and delicious. She greeted everyone who came down for breakfast and kept the place spotless. She sweetly asked if Anyone needed anything or how she could be of service. I pass through El Paso a lot. I would definitely stay there again. Clean, pleasant and dog friendly!!
Man is this place ideal ! Great staff beautiful rooms great location everything is literally in walking distance . Very clean only thing I don't like was the sanitizer booths I tried one on the floors above and it smelled like it had been there since COVID started made my hands stink . So just watch out for those . They really need to change those out more often but other than that place is great I do recommend if your looking for a place away from home .
Location is handy for an event that my family and I attended. I think that we had 6 rooms. Personnel were so nice. The hotel is very clean with lovely amenities. We will come back.
My boys and I had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome — everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was very clean and comfortable, which made us feel right at home. The boys had a great time at the indoor pool. The breakfast — was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options that my boys and I really enjoyed. The breakfast attendant was the sweetest. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!
We lost power where I rent an apartment. After a day the management got the renters in the units that lost power accommodations while electrical issues were addressed.
